Twin Cities Partners Co-Sponsor Allied Executive Event

On August 30, 2012 the Twin Cities Partners of our firm co-sponsored a networking and informational event organized by Allied Executives and hosted by the Golden Valley Country Club in the west metro area of the Twin Cities.  The event was targeted to CEO’s and Business Owners, and the subject was “Critical Sales Management Strategies”.

The event attracted substantial interest, as over 400 people registered to attend.  Nearly everyone that registered attended the event, which was remarkable considering it was held on a beautiful Thursday afternoon, just one day before the Labor Day Holiday weekend.

The speakers for the event were Mike and Gary Braun from Pivotal Advisors.  Pivotal Advisors, LLC. is a national sales improvement firm dedicated to helping companies drive sales performance through the development of sales management tools and best practices.   Their presentation focused on developing 6 strategic elements to coordinate, track and reward sales performance.  For us financial guys, the sales performance metrics were very enlightening as a way to measure field sales performance.

 

As part of our contribution to the event, our Partner, Dave Peters, was allowed to give the crowd a brief introduction to our firm and what we do.  Dave did an excellent job communicating our message of how we help businesses achieve higher levels of success.  This was evidenced by the considerable traffic we received at our booth during the networking part of the afternoon.

 

To enhance the attention at our booth, our Partner Ken Saddler brought samples and gift bags of gourmet chocolate treats that were produced by his client, Funky Chunky.  Patrons were given gift bags if they could recite the B2B CFO® value proposition “Every Company, Regardless of Its Size, Needs CFO Services.  You can now afford them with B2B CFO®.”  All the Twin Cities partners received great leads for both new networking partners, as well as several small business CEO’s and business owners.

 

Our sponsorship of this event was at least in part inspired by the success achieved by our partners working together in the Houston and Dallas areas, as well as the great message we received at our partnership meeting in Las Vegas.  Working together with the partners in your area promotes the image and brand of our firm.  These events validate our partnership and promote ourselves in the eyes of potential clients.
