Douglas is a 35-year seasoned financial professional with corporate experience as a Senior Vice President, Interim President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and farm owner. Community service has included several service organizations and serving as a founding director and treasurer of a charitable foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life of those who are less fortunate.

Douglas and his wife Jill call Antigo, in the Northwoods of Wisconsin home. They also spend considerable time in North Dakota and Northwest Minnesota.
